THE LOOM'S
HISTORY
Dating back to the mid 1800’s, Meadow Mill was one of several Hooper’s Woodberry Manufacturing Company mills located in the Jones Falls Valley. The mill was first intended for the manufacturing of twine and cotton duck (a heavy canvas used primarily for ship sails). It was later sold to Londontown Manufacturing Company in the 1960’s and became a production house for the famous London Fog Raincoats. Today, Meadow Mill is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and offers contemporary uses with a historic feel.

Joining the team in 2021, I bring many years of event experience having had past roles in day-of event coordination, catering sales, and venue management. My favorite thing about events? “Seeing a client’s thoughtful details, dreams, and vision take shape and become a reality…while offering my help and knowledge along the way.”
Michele Coziahr
I began my career in the Baltimore event industry in 2004, first as a caterer before moving on to venue management. I joined our team as the Director of Events in 2019. My favorite thing about events? “The venue is typically one of the first vendors a client books. From their initial tour of the venue and picking their date all the way until the final send-off at the end of the evening, I love that we get to go through an entire journey with our clients and couples, from start to finish.”
